NEW VIBES COMING TO GALVESTON! After spending 30 years as an over-the-road truck driver, my life took a turn when I was diagnosed with lupus. Through the challenges and changes, I found healing in cooking and sharing meals with others. The laughter and smiles of people enjoying good food became my purpose, and I realized that bringing joy to others is what I’m meant to do. My love for blues and jazz music, which I grew up listening to, is a significant part of who I am. When I moved to Galveston, I was welcomed by the warmth and authenticity of the people here. The sounds of the ocean and the vibrant spirit of the island inspired me to share my creativity in a new way. That’s how Blues Balls on The Wall was born—a food truck where soulful eats, blues beats, and ocean breeze come together. The name itself is special to me: Blue is my nickname because of my blue mohawk and my love for blues music, Balls refers to the shape of my premium entrees, and On the Wall signifies that the food truck will be located near the seawall.
We started "BLUES BALLS ON THE WALL" with the goal of bringing high-quality, delicious authentic soul food to the streets of Galveston Island. Our passion for cooking good eats and sharing good energy with others is what drives us every day.
